JIN SHIN JYUTSU is a dynamic art that assists in:

  • Jin Shin Jyutsu employs 26 ‘safety energy locks’ along energy pathways that feed life into our bodies
  • When one or more of the paths become blocked, the resulting stagnation can disrupt the local area and eventually disharmonize  the complete path of energy flow
  • Holding these energy locks in combination can bring balance to mind, body and spirit.

You will learn easy stress releasing processes to daily rebalance your energy system,inluding increased energy, productivity, stamina and health, feeling relaxed and centered, relief from headaches, backaches, muscle tensions, strains, and digestive tensions. Participants’ specific projects addressed on the second day.

A few First-Aid areas covered – fever, stomachache, headache, fainting, heart attacks, choking, indigestion, insomnia, calming emotional distress, coughing, sore throat.
